March 2, 2006: The director of Can-Trace, Norm Cheesman, presented the Can-Trace model and data standard at two major international food traceability conferences last month:

• Food Traceability 2006 :  This conference took place in Dallas, Texas from February 1-2 and explored the background, legislation and case studies for food traceability.
